Using the service
You may use the service only in compliance with applicable law and Amazon's applicable terms. You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and for activity under your account.
What the coach provides
The AI coach offers informational prompts intended to help you pause and reflect on a purchase. It does not provide financial, legal, tax, medical, or professional advice. AI responses can be incomplete or incorrect, and you remain responsible for every purchase and financial decision.
Supported sites and availability
Stop Impulse Buys operates on supported pages and buying actions in Amazon India, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia. Amazon can change its pages without notice, which may temporarily affect detection. We may change supported marketplaces and features to maintain reliability or comply with policy.
Accounts, anonymous use, and data
You may begin anonymously and later create or sign in to an account. Signed-out purchase details remain separate and are not imported into the account. Account history syncs only while signed in. Your use of account and voice features is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You must provide accurate account information and must not access another person's account.
Free-plan allowance
The Free plan includes five interventions per month. The allowance is shared by the signed-in account and the Chrome profile in which the extension is used, so signing out or switching accounts does not create a fresh allowance. Chrome Sync may restore the browser identifier after reinstall, but anonymous restoration is best-effort and is not guaranteed when Sync is unavailable, disabled, or cleared.
Paid features
Current prices and billing intervals are listed on the Pricing page. Pro subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payment details are handled by Razorpay, and paid features are not considered active until payment and subscription status are confirmed. Cancellation and refund requests are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other users, circumvent usage limits, reverse engineer protected service components, automate abusive requests, or use the service to violate another party's rights.
Service changes
We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to preserve saved account data and provide reasonable notice for material changes when practical, but continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every purchase will be detected or that every recommendation will be suitable. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stop Impulse Buys is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service or request account deletion at any time. We may restrict access for abuse, security threats, nonpayment of enabled paid services, or material violation of these terms.
