How access is delivered
The free extension is installed through its authorised Chrome distribution page. When a Pro subscription is purchased, paid access is attached to the signed-in Stop Impulse Buys account used to start checkout.
Activation timing
Pro access normally activates automatically after Razorpay confirms the subscription and our server processes that confirmation. Keep the extension signed in, then reopen it or refresh the settings page if the plan does not update immediately.
Delivery problems
If payment succeeds but Pro access is not visible within 30 minutes, email stopimpulsebuys@gmail.com. Include the account email and Razorpay payment or subscription reference. Do not include card details or passwords.
Service availability
The extension currently supports the Amazon marketplaces described on the product website. Chrome, Amazon, payment-provider, internet, or service outages can temporarily affect access, but they do not involve physical shipping or delivery charges.
